Returns & Exchanges

At Kali Rose Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the full value of your items to your email within 5-7 business days.
